Integration guide
Deploying tyle.tech on your line
A full deployment runs in five stages, from a first site assessment to full-surface inspection on every tile — without a line rebuild or a multi-week stoppage.
Site assessment
We walk your line and one week of reject data to map where yield leaks and which stages to instrument first. No hardware moves yet — this is where we decide what actually earns its place on your belt.
Hardware install
Cameras and sensors mount to existing belt frames at the chosen stages — typically glaze and post-kiln inspection first. Installs happen around your schedule and don’t require tearing the line down.
Network & PLC integration
We connect to your PLC and belt signals so the models can read line state and, where you want it, drive reject gates. Optional hooks push defect and yield data to your MES or ERP.
Model calibration
Each model learns your line’s own definition of good — your specs, your lots, your acceptable variance — instead of a generic standard. We tune against real production until grading matches your best inspectors.
Go live & monitoring
The line runs with inspection on every tile. You get live dashboards, alerts, and yield analytics, plus ongoing retraining as bodies, glazes, and seasons drift.
What we need from you. Access to the line and its PLC, one week of recent reject and production data, and your quality specs. Everything else — cameras, lighting, compute, and calibration — comes with the deployment.
Line audit
Bring us one week of your reject data.
We’ll map where your yield is leaking and model the lift before you commit to anything. Most audits pay for the first quarter of deployment.
